Camp Oven Fruity Pumpkin Muffins

If your kids are not an avid fan of pumpkins, why not make some creative and tasty muffins. Most kids love eating muffins anyway, right? So here goes, this recipe is just very easy, which can take you barely 30 minutes to bake. With just the right mix of the necessary ingredients and then placing the mixture inside the muffin cups then you’re all set. Tasty!

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups of Self raising flour
½ teaspoon of Salt
¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon of Mixed spice
½ cup of Sugar
½ cup of Sultanas
1 piece of Egg
½ cup of Oil
½ cup of Mashed pumpkin (cold)
½ cup of Milk

METHOD:

First, you should mix together the flour, salt, nutmeg, spice, sultanas, and sugar in a bowl or container.

Meanwhile, with the use of another bowl, you should beat the egg, milk, pumpkin, and oil all together.

You must combine all of the ingredients but remember not to over mix it.

Afterwards, place the paper muffin cups inside of the muffin pan and then divide the mixture equally between them.

Place the muffin tray on a trivet inside of a preheated camp oven and finally, cook for about 20 minutes.

Now, isn’t that quick and surely is tasty?!
