Camp Oven Healthy Baked Vegetables

Healthy people deserve healthy meals as well. This recipe is best not only for vegetarians but for just anyone who are veggie lovers though not exactly vegetarians. You get what I mean? I’m pretty sure you do. So, here’s something mouth-watering that you can prepare for your fellow campers! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

2 pieces of Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
4 pieces of Carrots (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 head of Fresh broccoli (cut into florets)
4 pieces of Zucchini (sliced thickly)
Salt to taste
¼ cup of Olive oil
1 (1-ounce) package of Dry onion soup mix

DIRECTIONS:

You should preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Next is to lightly grease a large, shallow baking dish.

Combine all of the vegetables in your prepared baking dish and then salt them lightly.

Now, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with the dry soup mix.

After having done those, bake it for around 30 to 45 minutes inside the preheated oven or right up until the vegetables are tender.

You can even feel what you have baked using a fork when they are ready.

Now, eat up an enjoy!
